Base64 Operations:

Basic Operation:

Base64 is a binary-to-text encoding scheme that represents binary data in an ASCII string format. It converts binary data into a sequence of printable characters (letters, numbers, and symbols) using a 64-character subset of ASCII. Each character in Base64 represents 6 bits of the original binary data. This encoding is commonly used to transmit data where ASCII characters are expected, such as in email attachments, data URLs in web browsers, or storing complex data in text-based formats like JSON or XML. Base64 is not an encryption method but rather a way to represent and transmit binary data in a human-readable format.
